We ask for your name, company and work email when you request a sample or a datasheet. This page explains what happens to it.

Who we are
Parana Materials BV, registered in the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 98706268. We are the controller of the personal data described on this page.

What we collect, and why
We collect personal data in one place only: the forms on this website. There is no account system, no newsletter, and no advertising network on this site.

We do not ask for, and do not want, any special-category data. Please do not put confidential or sensitive information in the message field - if you need to send us something confidential, ask us and we will arrange an appropriate route.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. That is why you are not being asked to accept anything. We load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
Who else sees your data
- Netlify hosts this website and processes and stores form submissions on our behalf. Netlify is a US company; data may therefore be processed outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards in Netlify's data processing terms.
- Our email provider, to deliver the notification and any reply.
- Nobody else. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for as long as the commercial conversation is live, and for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so we can pick up a discussion that resumes. After that they are deleted. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or hand it over in a portable format. You can also object to our processing it on the basis of legitimate interest.
Write to info@paranamaterials.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes to this statement
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and change the date at the top. This statement covers paranamaterials.com only, not any site we link to.
Short version. We collect what you type into the contact form, we use it to reply to you, we keep it for up to two years, and we do not give it to anyone who is not helping us deliver the site or the reply.
